Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis

Within the frame of DiagAlz project, IHD company develops several diagnostic kits for Alzheimer’s disease. We have already identified different blood biological markers specific for the pathology. These findings allow screening for Alzheimer’s disease on a simple blood test.
DiagAlz tests are innovative on one hand by their simplicity and on the other hand by their high reliability. These tests can detect and follow the disease progression very early during the pathology. Their use should not only improve the patient’s life, but also reduce diagnosis, treatment and care costs.
The DiagAlz tests have been validated on cellular and animal models of the disease. Therefore IHD offers custom service in disease modifying drug development to pharmaceutical industries and biotech companies.

The company manages industrial test development and will apply its methods to the detection of other neurodegenerative diseases.
